Parameter Name
Description
Quarter to Import
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.QuarterToImport
Numeric quarter, 1-4, for which
data will be imported. If this is set to 0, the current calendar-based
quarter will be used, where Jan-Mar is quarter 1, Apr-Jun is 2, etc.
Import Folder Path
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.ImportFolderPath
Path on the server to the folder
that holds the SP Richard import files. If you have any question as to what
this should be, please contact support.
Root Category ID
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.RootCategoryID
Set this to the Category ID
under which all SP Richards categories will be added. If this is set to 0 or
left blank, the top-level SP Richards categories will be added as top-level
categories on your site. If any top-level categories with the same names already
exist, they will be used as SP Richards categories, and any second-level SP
Richards categories will be added as subcategories. If this is set to -1 (or
any negative number), categories will not be imported.
Prefix to add to the Product
Block Label (for products) and to SKUs (for variants). This should not be
left blank, and should not be changed once the first import is run, as it
helps to differentiate imported values from those sent from VR.
Variant Name Format
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.VariantNameFormat
Format to use for the name of
variants imported from SP Richards. Use {x} as placeholders, where x is a
0-based field number from the SP Richards import file. For example, to
combine the 4th, 6th and 9th fields, separated by hyphens, the format would
be: {3}-{5}-{8}
VR Product Type
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.VRProductType
Set this to the VR Product Type
(GM, TX, or TR) to use for the imported products.
Price File Name
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.PriceFileName
The name of the Pricing file to
use for the import. Leave this blank to use the List Price provided in the
product file.
Price Field Number
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.PriceFieldNumber
Indicates the field number in
the Pricing file from which to pull pricing data. Leave this blank to use the
List Price provided in the product file. This value is 0-based, so use 0 for
the first field, 1 for the second, etc.
Indicates the field number in
the Pricing file to use as a filter to determine which pricing records should
be imported. Leave this blank to disable any filtering. This value is
0-based, so use 0 for the first field, 1 for the second, etc.
Price Filter Value
RATEX.ProductImport.SPRichards.PriceFilterValue
Indicates the value that must be
in the specified filter field in the Pricing file. Any records that don't
match this value in the filter field will be ignored.
Enable this to append the text
in the "notification.admin.sprichardssubject" String Resource to
the subject line of the New Order notification sent to the admin if there are
SP Richards products on the order.
The number of processing threads
to use when importing product images during the SP Richards import. The
recommended value is 4. If you are importing many images, you can set this
higher, but the maximum value is 10. If you set this too high, it may have an
impact on your site performance. If you set this too low, the import could
take a long time to run.
