Modify Terms

This page editing term information, including the location of Rental Agreements and Rental Return Dates.

The following is a description of the settings and buttons available for each term:

 

Settings and Buttons
 Description
 Add New Term
 Click this to add a new term to eRATEX
 Edit
 Click this to edit fields of a term that you have already created
Term ID
 eRATEX Term ID
Term Name
 Term name that comes from VR
Term Status
 Sets the term status (see below)
Rental Agreement Topic
 The location of the rental agreement topic to use
Rental Return Date
 The due date for students to return book rentals
University Term Code
 Used for authentication, if the university has a different term code
Display Order
 The order to display this term on the Booklist page
 Delete
 Click this to remove a term from eRATEX

 Description
Current Displays this term in the Courselist Builder, and allows students to order course materials
Working For your record keeping only, does not display this term
Prior For your record keeping only, does not display this term
Can Adopt
 For your record keeping only, does not display this term
Hidden Does not display this term
Display Displays this term, does not allow students to order course materials
