Customer Email

All emails to customers are sent from eRATEX. Text for customer emails can be changed by managing String Resources.

 

Note: String resources are now located in the Dashboard > Content > Manage Prompts:

The types of customer emails​ are:

  • Receipt Email
  • Order Update Email
    • Shipped Email
    • Canceled Email
    • Credit Card Decline Email
