Here you create and edit Product Types. You also assign the Display Order of the product types on the booklist page.

Product Types are categories of products to help students choose appropriate books and materials to buy.

For example, you might create a Suggested product type for books and materials instructors suggest but do not require.

Note: Required and Optional product types cannot be deleted.

Settings and Buttons	Description
ADD NEW	Click this to create a new product type
Edit	Click this to change the Display Order of a product type
ID	An internal eRATEX ID for associating products to product types
Name	The label that displays for this product type
Published	Select this to make the product type assignable for course materials
Display Order	The order products of this type display on the booklist page
Is Default	Default Product Type that displays in the dropdown
Delete	Click this to remove a product type
