From the Orders Menu, click Manage Orders, then click Fraudulent Transactions
This page lists orders that have been marked as fraudulent. This can be done by store admins on the Orderspage, by the payment gateway, or by MaxMind(if it's being used). Click the Order Number to view more information about the order.
