Settings

Setting Parameter Name Description
Import Folder Path RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.ImportFolderPath Path on the server to the folder that holds the Staples import files. If you have any question as to what this should be, please contact support.
Root Category ID RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.RootCategoryID Set this to the Category ID under which all Staples categories will be added. If this is set to 0 or left blank, the top-level Staples categories will be added as top-level categories on your site. If any top-level categories with the same names already exist, they will be used as Staples categories, and any second-level Staples categories will be added as subcategories. If this is set to -1 (or any negative number), categories will not be imported.
SKU Prefix RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.SkuPrefix Prefix to add to the Product Block Label (for products) and to SKUs (for variants). This should not be left blank, and should not be changed once the first import is run, as it helps to differentiate imported values from those sent from VR.
Variant Name Format RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.VariantNameFormat Format to use for the name of variants imported from Staples. Use {x} as placeholders, where x is a 0-based field number from the Staples import file. For example, to combine the 4th, 6th and 9th fields, separated by hyphens, the format would be: {3}-{5}-{8}
VR Product Type RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.VRProductType Set this to the VR Product Type (GM, TX, or TR) to use for the imported products.
Map Products to Parent Categories RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.MapProductsToParentCategories During staples product import map products to parent categories.
Append Order Notification Subject RATEX.ProductImport.Staples.AppendAdminNotificationSubject Enable this to append the text in the "notification.admin.staplessubject" String Resource to the subject line of the New Order notification sent to the admin if there are Staples products on the order.
