Manually Managing Products and Product Groups in eRATEX

Most products and groups come up from VR and do not need manual management in eRATEX. However, at times, it may be useful to create products and product groups directly in eRATEX.

 

v10 has extensive support for manually creating products and product groups.

Maintaining Product Categories

Normally, all product categories are maintained in VR, and passed up to eRATEX. However, you can manually manage product categories and manually assign products to categories in eRATEX. See Manage Products and Product Groups for instructions.

 

Changes to categories in VR need to be manually pushed up to eRATEX in VR > Admin > Web Store > Web Update. See VR documentation for more information.

 

Manually Adding Product Images through eRATEX

Image import is configured in eRATEX > Configuration > eRATEX > Product Data Configuration.
