To enable Bronto, set RATEX.Bronto.Enabled to true.
To enable the Bronto Commerce Tag set the description of the RATEXBrontoWebIntegrationManagerScript topic to the code provided in the Web Integration Manager tab, under Home > Settings > Integrations > Script Manager in the Bronto portal.

In the eRatex Admin, the description editor needs to be set to HTML instead of Design or the script won’t render correctly.
Bronto Direct Add
Direct Add allows you to add contacts to your account via pages on your website.
To enable the Bronto Direct Add Tag the setting Bronto.DirectAddId needs a valid value provided in the the Bronto Portal: Settings > Platform Settings > Data Exchange.
The setting Bronto.DirectAddListId is optional.
Bronto Pop-Up Manager
Used to design pop-up messages that can capture the email addresses of people who visit your site.
To enable the Bronto Pop-Up Manager Tag the setting Bronto.PopupId needs a valid value provided in the Pop-Up Manager, under Apps, in the Bronto portal.
In Bronto Portal go to Contacts > Grow > Pop-Up Manager

Textbook Categorization with Bronto
When a shopper completes checkout textbook-based information gets sent to Bronto. This information is provided to support possible textbook promotions.
The request sent to Bronto will include an "other" field, which provides information about the textbook bought in that order (if one was bought).
In the Bronto Portal, it's possible to search for one of the other field's values (example: "EBook") to find textbook orders.
"Other" Field Values
The "other" field is sent as a pipe-delimited string consisting of Product Type|Condition|Textbook Type.
Product Types
Product Types are sent first in the "other" field. The following are valid:
Textbook
This item is a textbook.
GeneralMerchandise
This item is not a textbook.
Condition
Condition is sent after Product Type and is delimited with a pipe character: |. The following are valid:
Used
This is a used textbook.
New
This is a new textbook.
Textbook Type
Textbook Type is the last value send in "other". It is also delimited using a pipe character: |. The following are valid:
EBook
This is a non-physical textbook.
Rental
This textbook is being rented.
(blank)
This item is general merchandise and does not have a textbook type, or it is a physical textbook that is being purchased (not rented).
