Authentication Services

Here you configure student authentication using one of three supported services: CAS, LDAP, or SAML/Shibboleth.

Student Authentication Rules

In Student Authentication Rules, you configure the point in eRATEX transactions when customers must authenticate.

Options include: Shipping Method Selection, Rental Agreement Acceptance, Viewing Product, Adding Product to Cart, and Checking Out.

Student Schedule File Import

In Student Schedule File Import, you configure the format of files used to import student schedules into eRATEX.

This file is used to create personalized course lists.

Note: Some clients import student schedules directly through authentication, and do not use this menu. Configure this option in Student Authentication Rules.​

Encrypted Course Links File Import

In Encrypted Course Links File Import, you configure the format for importing encrypted links to coursebook pages.

This optional functionality is to protect course information.

Re-Send Orders to VR

In Re-Send Orders to VR, you may send an order to VR that may have had a problem being imported.

Email Marketing Services

In Email Marketing Services, you configure third party email marketing services (iPost and Mail Chimp).

Custom Data Configuration

In Custom Data Configuration, you configure customized data collection for carts with GM, TX, and/or TR items.

You may also configure sending this data to VR here, as well.

Admin Security

In Admin Security, you configure admin user roles.

You might use this to create a user to place phone orders, but have no other administrative access.

SP Richards Product Import

In SP Richards Product Import, you configure importing the SP Richards product catalog.

Staples Product Import

In Staples Product Import, you configure the import of the Staples product catalog.

Integration Configuration

In Integration Configuration, you select and configure VR and third party integration. This includes Verba, Textbook, SciQuest, and Access Codes (eBook).

Here you can enable logging for eRATEX as well.
